The air conditioning is working well (no weird smell or noise) and the flat is very modern, they have automatic blinds on the windows so you can make the room dark and keep it that way. There are no noisy neighbours, the location is on a smaller street, so it is quiet. There are cafes, shops (a huge Coop with everything you might need) and diners close by. The rooms are not huge, so for us as a young couple it was very ideal. We only had one luggage with us, so we did not need that much space. Everything went well, the hosts go really above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I 100% can recommend the place.

Newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor of an older building. Nice, modern decoration. Clean and quiet. Very nice and helpful hosts. If you are driving, there is one parking spot in the inner courtyard. It is in the ZTL but the host helps you with getting the permit and the access route.
