Good advices given by the host. It was very warm in the room upon arrival, however, it was winter. We arrived at 2300 hrs. We only had to open the window and turn down the heat. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a month, but the receptionist met us and checked us in. Despite being next to the road, it was quite a quiet room.

Parking was provided close by with ample space. Location was ideal, not far from the airport in Venice but an hour away to beautiful mountains and lakes in the Dolomites. Also a huge Lidl within the town and many delicious restaurant options.

A recently renovated guest house situated in Calalzo, C’era una volta un Re… features a garden. Boasting private check-in and check-out, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The guest house features city views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We had a really great stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell a lot of thought went into the little details. It had everything we needed — and more. There was plenty of space, and both beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was newly renovated, which was a nice bonus. The location is also super convenient — right in a tourist area. It’s close to the road, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all. A really nice touch was the coffee and tea setup, plus some sweet treats waiting for us. There was even a mini fridge in the room, which was super handy. The host was lovely — very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly. Outside, there’s a little table where you can sit and relax, and nearby there’s free parking, a pizzeria, a bar, and a supermarket. The town itself is surrounded by mountains and looks absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Just a heads-up: check-in is only between 5 PM and 7 PM, which might not be ideal for everyone.

Located in Seren del Grappa, 34 km from Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, Casa Castegner - Rooms provides accommodation with a garden and free private parking. The property has mountain views. The guest house features family rooms. The rate is totally true, everything was pretty clean, everything we need to have a confortable night was available, the bed is amazing and the view is incredible, the owner was one of the most kind persons I've met on booking, they are precious. As far as I've see this is the best place in terms of value, which with a car you can explore the region without any problens. There's a bus, but they are pretty rare and you need to walk some minutes to get it, for me a car or even a bike (if it's for you) is a must. I'm planning to back to visit the dolomites and I gonna back to Casa Castegner without doubt.
