The accommodation offers a lift, and luggage storage for guests. Just 5 mins from Bologna Station and 15-20 mins from the historical centre, we were really impressed by Madame Bologna. Despite initially being nervous about downloading the app and reliability for the entry system to the gate and doors, instructions were clear and it all worked perfectly. Our host was really quick to reply and very helpful so we felt taken very good care of. The room was spacious especially for such a central location and it had a terrace overlooking large trees. The cleanliness and standard of decoration was incredibly good and the bed comfortable. The coffee machine and snacks replaced daily were much appreciated and our room was cleaned daily. Being in a residential block, it was was quiet at night so we slept very well.
