There was cold water in the fridge and they even gave us a voucher for a very generous free breakfast in a nearby bar. Enrico in reception was very kind too. Would stay here again if we ever go back to Florence.

Located just 200 meters away from the Duomo, the Residenza dei Pucci offers comfortable and refined rooms, of different types and sizes, at competitive prices. Location was a high point. Room was very clear and had lots of personality with decor.

The hosts were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, offering great tips, and responding right away whenever we had a question. We really felt taken care of from beginning to end, which made the whole trip feel effortless and relaxed. We felt at home the entire time and would definitely stay here again.
