There was cold water in the fridge and they even gave us a voucher for a very generous free breakfast in a nearby bar. Enrico in reception was very kind too. Would stay here again if we ever go back to Florence.

It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest. Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

The medieval tower was built on the crest of the hill and offers breathtaking views. The 15th century castle surrounded by the Tuscan hills is magical. The breakfast is delightful and fresh, and the staff is really helpful. Our room was at the top of a tower, it was amazing.

This charming property occupies the first, second and third floors of an elegant building dating back to the 19th century (without elevator). It is a big apartment with vintage style. We love how big is considering it must be an old construction right at the city center of Firenze. The location is amazing, just 2 minutes walking of the Duomo, so it will be near everything you might need. There's a Carrefour express just around the corner, caffes, restaurants and gelattos and everything you might want. The place is a self check-in but the manager helped me with recommendantions and with any other thing I needed. 10/10 and highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

Property owner Danielle was beyond helpful. Very attentive and caring. Room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and within eyesight of the train station. Minimal walking distance from the Duomo. Don't stay anywhere else!!
