Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house features family rooms. This is my second time in Bolzano, first time in ADV Home. The rooms were clean, everything was brand new, spacious and modern. Water and juice in the fridge and great coffee in the shared kitchenette. Great location and easy parking. Andre was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and was available for questions. Highly recommend, I will definitely use it again.

I’ve been traveling continuously for a year now, and this was easily one of the best accommodations I’ve ever booked. First of all, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Since I was traveling by car, I really appreciated their quick responses. When I arrived, they promptly came out to assist me with parking and even helped me carry my luggage. Another great aspect was the smooth and hassle-free check-in process. From parking to check-in, everything was completed in just about five minutes, making it the fastest check-in experience I’ve had with any Booking.com reservation. Thanks to this efficiency, I was able to relax right away. The room was spotless, and the mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was also well-equipped and clean, and the dishwasher was a great convenience since I didn’t have to worry about doing the dishes. If you need a place to stay in Bolzano, I highly recommend this one!

The restaurant was fantastic. I had the house macaroni and it was beyond expectations. I will absolutely return. Oh, breakfast was an absolute delight and the scrambled eggs were fantastic!
