I thought this would be just a nice sleepover place and nothing more but it is so beautiful and has a very unique traditional feel that it made our stay on the island so much better. You even get free breakfast/dinner if you don't have time to eat outside and depart early in the morning/ don't manage to fetch a table in a reataurant in the evening because there is limited amount of restaurants that are open in late evening or early morning. The whole house is very authentic and the family that runs the place also offers a little souvenir shop with super cheap prices of local souvenirs, some even locally handmade. Thr staff is super nice and the xommom areas welcoming to spend the evenings in game/living room. Also had beautiful garden and amazing views from the rooms right on the sea

With quiet street views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The great Torii is 600 metres away and Itsukushima Shrine Treasure Hall is 800 metres from the guest house. Staying in a 100+ year old traditional Japanese home was an amazing experience, and the fact that we had the whole house to yourself made it even better. In addition, the host was so kind and helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and helped us make reservations. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and every amenity you could possible need was provided.

Full house Miyajima features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 19 km of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and 20 km of Atomic Bomb Dome. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The homestay has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Great position close to the train and ferry station, around 10 mins walk. Hosts were so kind and let us park our car in their property. Our room had a balcony with a nice view on Miyajima island. We had the opportunity to experience the Japanese life since the family is living in the house, we would definitely come back!
