The large toilet was a nice touch. However, we found some bugs in the room, both dead and alive. Additionally, our room was close to the reception, so at night, we could hear people talking and coming in and out from the lodge main door, making it difficult to sleep. The soundproofing of the room door could be improved. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, being very close to the ski resort with a kind of ski-in ski-out, within walking distance.

This is a real gem--it is a family run lodge that makes you feel like family in a good way. The owner is gracious and runs a great operation. The rooms are great--mine faced the mountain over a field of snow. I had a great shower and deep bath tub and super comfortable beds and comforters. They were so kind--they took me to the resort to ski (about 5 min drive) and picked me up afterwards. They have a fun bar space and a decent restaurant in the evenings. It is well located for Niseko Village and is on the shuttle line (get off at Milk stop and walk 250M down the street). The people working there were super kind and polite and helpful. It really was the definition of hospitality without even trying--just nice people. They have a ski room s well to dry boots and keep skis. What more to say--price is right and you will have an authentic experience away from generic hotels in the area.

Dry room good and spacious. They're totally happy for you to buy street food and bring back to eat if you want. Breakfast was great too, different each day. Room was super spacious, lots of room to hang kit. Simple set up that's really clean, warm and comfortable.

The guest house features family rooms. What didn't we like. Everyone was very caring, helpful, and a good laugh and the complimentary breakfast was amazing each morning. The common areas were always friendly and the rooms themselves were very cosy, clean and nice. A great location to Annupuri resort and there was plenty of food options around.

Very personable with great breakfast, the location is so close to the slopes with ski holding facilities right at the door. Family who run the house are lovely. We would return in an instant. We had two rooms, a triple and a double, the triple was split across two floors with loads of room, the double had a small sofa and plenty of room for all our bags. The setup is also very accommodating for families as well: the communal dining area is available in the evening to rest in and eat any take out food and drink. Excellent value for money and perfect for our family.
