Staff were very friendly and gave us the best tour of the facility of our entire trip. Dinner at their restaurant next door was very good too.

The room was very clean and had a traditional Japanese feel.On the first floor, its a café&bar, the design is great and natural.There’s also a delicious bagel shop nearby. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and I felt very at ease.I will definitely come back here the next time，thankyou！

The host is very friendly and considerate. Sufficient and useful facilities and amenities. Public space is big and lovely. Free bicycles is a plus. Would love to stay again.

I loved how clean and modern everything was and Iocation was very convenient. This is perfect for solo travellers -- the owner was extremely nice and understanding.

I absolutely loved Surf Inn G-Sun the perfect end to a wonderful working holiday in Nippon :-) The owner was very helpful and we talked and laughed and was also driven to Wakayama castle for a half day trip before being personally dropped of at the train station

Everything about this accomodation was beyond my expectations. We arrived to a beautiful traditional room, guided to a private room for a wonderful evening vegetarian meal, and then walked the town until close of the temple. The futons were soft and comfortable, the room showed us how easy it would be to live under these conditions. Slept through the prayer session at the temple (unfortunately) at 6am but the breakfast was another marvellous meal in our private dining room.

We loved our stay with the exceptionally kind and helpful couple. It’s a remote village up a steep mountain road, with a great bar next door! The food was delicious. We enjoyed chatting to the hosts. We had a trip to Mt Koyasan and got drenched in a rain storm. The kind hosts dried our shoes in a special Japanese machine!
