It is a very peaceful and greatly designed homestay (with a little outside terrace area for every room!) owned by very lovely and helpful hosts, and offering deliscious sri lankan breakfast and dinner! It has a great location close to the ancient town which makes it very easy to explore it by bike (which is available in the homestay) and 5 minutes away (on foot) from the peaceful lake. One of my best stays in Sri Lanka!

You can take a nice stroll next to the lake from here as well. The hosts are very inviting and make it feel like a home stay. Dinner is served at the cabin and its decent quality and a reasonable price. Ask for pancakes at breakfast, they are really good.

The meals they prepared were the highlight of our stay, with the best home-cooked Sri Lankan food we’ve ever tasted. An unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic hospitality and stunning surroundings.

Very good and friendly host! We checked for Safari in a few hours, and all was arranged quick and swiftly! Safari was good, as we saw a lot of elephants 🐘 Small and cosy place with 3 different rooms, but large rooms with everything you need here. AC, ventilator above the bed, firm mattrass, clean bathroom.

The breakfast was not to be missed - every aspect was meticulously prepared, resulting in a delicious and fulfilling meal. The family is lovely, the place is surrounded by nature and the breakfast is very good. I recommend it.

Very clean and their family is amazing. We recommend to have dinner at their place it’s so good and everything so genuine. Rwan is also a great tuktuk driver we reccomend to your the city with him.
