I didn’t get the names of the housekeeping ladies, but they were really great and their work appreciated! The hospitality at this place was great and my kids were so happy that they didn’t want to leave. Very well done! Kudos!

Special thanks to Maryam, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained the culture and way of life to us and answered all our questions!

I had a fantastic stay here! The property is new, beautiful and very clean. The location is also great so you don’t have to carry luggage around. For me, the highlight was the kindness of the staff. Ahmed - the host was very helpful to plan my trip & he went above & beyond to get my tickets and bookings on time. Bilal was also fantastic— he prepared a delicious meal early in the morning before the trip. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough for your time in Fes!

Everything was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious and well-prepared, and the overall setup exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Youssef, the manager—he was professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made a huge difference. Highly recommended!

Truly one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in my long list of travels. The hospitality shown is the greatest I've ever received. The host is an unbelievably kind and pure hearted man. Anything we needed we were helped with promptly and they made you feel like it was your home away from home. Overall, incredible value for money in an incredible location with an even better view of the city from the terrace roof. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone travelling in Fes.

They send a hotel representative to meet you & help with your luggage. They have a great terrace on the roof. Great place!
