The riad was very nice decorated and beautiful. The garden and the terrace was also a plus. What we liked the most was the staff. They were very kind and present. Particularly, Omar took a lot a of time to tell us the history of the place and took us for a garden tour and taught us to prepare the best Moroccan tea. He is definitely the sixth star of the hotel. The food and breakfast were also great.

Nadia, Brahim and their team are wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming, always eager to assist you in any way possible and to make your stay at their beautifully renovated and just recently opened traditional clay house this very unique experience. They do not only run the hotel with all their heart but also give you a glimpse into the fascinating culture and history of the oasis Skoura. The house is situated in the middle of a palmeraie. Breakfast and tea are served on the rooftop terrace, from where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. If you wish you can book a guided tour through the oasis. We enjoyed our time at the Heritage House very much and even decided to prolongue our stay. Thank you Nadia for everything, it was a great pleasure to meet you. We wish you all the best and would love to return sometime in the future!

Stunning and homely riad. Exceptional service from Rachid who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were having discussion about Moroccan food and from this conversation he cooked us an egg and tomato tagine for breakfast on our last day. Exceptionally clean and relaxed place. I would 100% recommend this place and return if I ever came back to Ouarzazate.

We didn't give it a 10 only because we found the price a bit on the high side compared to all the other places we stayed at during our 24 days road trip.

Our host was so kind and friendly, and an amazing chef! He made us a delicious vegetarian tagine, Moroccan salad and fruit for dinner after we arrived from a long drive from Fes. His wife's bread is also wonderful, served fresh and hot! The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, safe, clean and quiet with a rustic charm. Breakfast this morning was generous coffee and hot milk, fresh crepes with an assortment of butter, honey, jams and cheese. We were ready to hit the road to Marrakech and would definitely return to Hotel Azul.
