My favorite place was the balcony where I could eat my breakfast with the nicest view to the sea. The location of the apartment is also convenient because it is close to the bus station and shops, and the beach is nearby. Hvala vam! Location is great - 10 minutes away from the center and the closest beach (Lucice which is beautiful), 7 minutes to the bus station (if you know the proper way). Quiet area (at least in May). Room was extremely clean, there was a balcony with small kitchen available. Owner is very nice and caring. Nice view from the balcony. Welcoming bottle of water and some sweets. I asked for the coffe machine (single room does not have one) so the owner allowed me to use the one in the free room next to mine which was very nice. I do recommend!!!

The location is a bit outside the city center, but for me, that was perfect because of the peaceful atmosphere, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to town. I also found the nearby beach more beautiful and much quieter than Ulcinj's main beach. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to Ulcinj – and to this exact accommodation.
