Dona Laura the owner and her husband were wonderful. Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

Everything was clean, you have your privacy too. The staff are kind and helpfull. I would def come back here.

Perfect place to stay in Antigua, very quiet, clean and practical. There is parking inside the gated community . WiFi is working . There is a microwave available. Shower is great with real hot water , not common in Guatemala . 15 min walking to Antigua attractions .

This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Rustic and authentic feeling with very helpful friendly staff

They are really helpful. They helped us to book trips to Tikal and Belize city and also booked boats (even in odd times) to Flores. They are really nice. Property is 5 mins boat ride across Flores town. It’s in a nice garden and has amazing views of the lake.

It is a place where you will not regret staying in. Plus, you should buy and taste the cider that he prepares, they are goooooood.
