Our host worked hard to connect with us, and to make our stay a good one. He had to balance caring for each of the people staying there. And, of course, he has his own family he must not ignore. The breakfasts he makes for us are varied, healthy, simple, but tasty. The location was perfect. We lived in a real neighborhood, which meant the dogs barked, there were sometimes odd neighbor noises, construction here and there, but everything eventually quieted down at night. I didn't fit into the house very well. I am tall and getting older, and I think it's an environment that works for the young and slightly more compact person. But, I still loved it just the same. I'd certainly stay there again if in Patan.

Peace homestay is a comfortable and peaceful place to stay in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The location is great, walking distance from Thamel. Nir and his wife are amazing hosts and will make you feel at home. The place has a good mixture of Privacy in your room, with the opportunity to interact with the hosts and other guests. Highly recommend!

Το Namaste Home Stay είναι σε Dhulikhel και έχει κήπο, βεράντα, μπαρ καθώς και δωρεάν WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους του καταλύματος. The best homestay I've ever stayed in.. Prem and his family are the greatest people I've met in Nepal ( and I mean it!!). You will have an opportunity to stay with many locals and share about their culture. A lot of cute kids were always playing around, so the place was really lively. The food was excellent and the room & bathroom were sparkling clean! The village of Namobuddha is very authentic and the scenery stunning. If you're lucky enough, you will also have the opportunity to meet Ian who lives there and runs a charity association to provide water pipelines for remote villages. Trust me, go there ...that's the kind of place you will never forget.

Το Nirvana Kuti βρίσκεται στο Κατμαντού και προσφέρει καταλύματα με ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια. I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

Ask Navin all about your Bhaktapur trip. He is a really great host. Have a beer on the rooftop in the evening overlooking the square.

Cool person in charge always in answering my query without miss. 24 hours hot shower, clean bed, and necessary amenities are just around the corner. New paint and decorations making the space more warm and uplifting. Still the best in its class in Swayambu.

Extremely pleasant host Rabina. She was very helpful, courteous and extremely patient. Was proactive with her helpful tips to explore Khatmandu. Their house is very warm and had friendly vibes and the room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and had everything one could ask for. Definatly would recomed it to anyone travelling to Thamel, specially lady solo travellers.
