Great to be picked up from the ferry and they were happy to run us around locally if required. Really helpful suggestions on where to go to see and eat and walks etc. Very comfortable room with everything you need for breakfast but no kitchen per se. Nice touch to have milk and a bottle of fizz in the fridge.

The homestay has a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are offered in the homestay. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay here and being on Waiheke Island. Kiwi House is in a brilliant location and I was blown away by how clean and tidy it was. The bathroom was immaculate! The receptionist very kindly let us check in early (although we would have been happy leaving our luggage at reception if that hadn’t have been an option). The place felt really safe and the kitchen was well equipped for heating up food (toaster and microwave provided). There is also a fridge and we were told we could help ourselves to the milk which was really kind. As a Brit, I was delighted there was also a selection of teas to help ourselves to! The bedroom itself was tidy and the beds comfy. Overall, loved it here and would 100% come back.

Such a beautiful home. Really loved all the houseplants and the backyard. So many thoughtful amenities included such as cereal, milk, fresh cookies, spices and bathroom products. So refreshing to stay somewhere where we felt cared for! Wifi was excellent and worked outside too.
