They went out of their way to help us find an adapter we needed, and little touches like complimentary coffee and dates always available at the reception made us feel incredibly at home. The terrace offers a stunning view which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or for enjoying sunrise. The guesthouse itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated in traditional Omani style, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of old Nizwa. You can easily walk to the souq, the fort, and all the main attractions. It’s also just a short stroll from where the Mwasalat Muscat–Nizwa buses drop you off. This was truly one of the most memorable stays of my life. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the comfort...everything was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Nizwa. Highly, highly recommended!

The courtyards and rooftop spaces were simply magical — especially at sunset, when the golden light transforms the entire place into a dream. What made our stay truly exceptional was the host — she is incredibly genuine and deeply cares about each guest. Her warmth, kindness, and personal attention made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. It’s rare to find such heartfelt hospitality. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh local ingredients and beautiful presentation. Everything about this place feels done with love.

The host was very friendly, we had a few nice conversations, and he even recommended a beautiful hike nearby. We also shared dinner together and talked about our cultures, which made the stay feel very personal. The property was clean, comfortable, and great value for low-cost travelers. Everything was perfectly fine.

Its a restored ancient house overlooking the green palm groves and situated at the top of the house the famous Rogan Castle built more than 1500 years ago. Excellent tour of the museum, really made the village come to life. Excellent breakfast and free coffee throughout the day. Beautiful view from everywhere.

There is a sitting area backside of the property. Rooms smells very nice. Kitchen is very clean. You have tea dust, coffee powder, sugar, toast maker, fridge, microwave and kettle. Room was clean. All linen are clean and new. I surely recomend others to stay in this property.
