The location is wonderful! I walked all around Miraflores from here. Huaca Pucllana was just steps away. Really great restaurants were a short walk away, as was the gorgeous cliff top pedestrian park/walkway along the coast; an excellent place from which one can watch the sunset. Ricardo is a lovely host, and was very helpful with information, from restaurant recommendations (wonderful places I would not have found otherwise!) to referring me to the airport shuttle, which can do a pickup just a couple blocks away, which saved me money versus taking a private taxi. I would stay here again should I come back to Lima!

The hosts are super kind people, and the breakfast is lovely. We booked Matty house twice for a quick layover in Lima before flying to other cities in Peru. For that purpose it’s highly recommendable, as the location is so close to the airport. The pick up and drop off from/at the airport by the hosts went very smooth.

Large and clean room with hot shower. Denis picked us up at the airport and drove us back again in the middle of the night. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana and Frank’s. We felt so welcome and comfortable right away. Frank helped us with transportation to and from the airport, and he gave us great information about where to go and where to eat. He was available for questions and just overall nice and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. It was comfortable like an Airbnb, but none of the responsibilities! The location is fantastic. It is in a nice and safe part of Mira Flores and easy to get around and find whatever you need. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.
