This place is just amazing. A little bit far from center, but still, not too much. The two terraces on the top are both very nice. They have a kitchen with everything you need, you can really cook yourself proper meals. The place is very clean, also you can have your room cleaned every day if you want. They also provide laundry, take your clothes in the morning and have them ready by the end of the day for very cheap price. And Sara/Sarisa is an amazing host, she helped me with everything, she waited for me first day I came and the last day I have an early flight, so I had to get up in the middle of the night. She woke up at 3:30 and called me a mototaxi. She is very welcoming and ready to help with whatever you need. Totally recommend it!!!

My room was really big and comfy, and it even had a private fridge, which definitely comes handy. I really liked the common areas as well. The owners and the staff are super nice and friendly, they even let me store my luggage when I was going to the jungle for few days. The area is nice, close to the main plaza, there are restaurants and supermarkets around. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe in the area.
