It’s very peaceful, ambience is so good as the surrounding have many plants and spacious. Between the mini houses is a good parking spot so u don’t have to worry about carrying ur stuffs in distances. The house location is slightly far from the road and from the property bar so there’s not much noise pollution. And the cats are in good health and friendly (drawn to boys than girls or just us hahaha~) The caretaker/receptionist is very accommodating and helpful to our needs, prolly one of the best I ever experienced (super thank you for making our stay comfortable and answered our inquiries with no hesitations 🫶) Wished we could’ve taken more photos to promote it or post it on gmaps or their facebook page but I hope this review will help them to be known more or be chosen to be booked hehe

We liked the quiet comfort of our room and Gen and her family were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant, not far from the town Centre and there were interesting walks down to the river and out to more rural areas.

Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off! This place is new and we had a great stay. Good location away from the noise, but only 7 minute walk to the centre. The road is a dirt road, but only a tiny section got muddy when it rained, so very easy to traverse. Also somewhat well lit. The staff were incredibly friendly and so lovely. They’d honestly do anything for you. We were running late for our ferry and they drove us themselves to the port. The room was really clean and the place is new. You also get a bug light in the room, which gives you peace of mind against mosquitoes. You’re also provided a kettle with coffee and some shampoo and body wash. The shower was on the colder side, but the pressure was amazing, best we’ve had so far. You are near local families, so expect some animal noises but it wasn’t too bothersome.

The family is so friendly, warm & helpfull ❤ We had delicious europ.style breakfast with fresh fruit everyday. The location is great for trips to Anda beaches and caves or Alicia mountains, rice terraces etc. by motorbike. Many little restaurants reachable by moto around in Guildman and Anda.

If you're the curious, open-hearted type, you’re in for something rare and special: genuine conversations with locals, the warm-hearted host, her family, and friends. You see, the Philippines isn’t just about beaches. It’s about connection — both ways. They with you. You with them. And the best part? Everyone walks away happier for it. At Viva la Rosa, you won’t feel like just a guest. Actually, scratch that. You’ll feel exactly how you want to feel. No forced conversations, no ridiculous house rules.
