First of all, the family is incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, it was one of my best stays ever. Even though Camiguin itself was just okay for me, this place made the whole experience amazing. I stayed in the dorm – but it doesn’t feel like a typical dorm. You get a big, comfy bed in a big room, with plenty of personal space. There’s a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals – just buy groceries and you’re good to go. Save a lot of money The place is super clean – they clean constantly, probably more than needed! I also rented a motorbike from them in a good price and great condition. The location is right in front of the beach, about 10 minutes driving from town. But honestly, there’s not much to do in town anyway, so it’s not a big deal. Summary: If you’re coming to Camiguin – YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!

Vasquez Residence Cozy Homestay ligt in Mambajao en biedt gratis WiFi, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Autoverhuur is beschikbaar bij de homestay. More than a simple homestay: Ray and Samantha (and of course the fantastic cook Ata Mercy!) made us feel part of their family. The house is very clean, close to the port, in a beautiful green area. The bedroom was huge and the bed so comfy!! But more than everything else I appreciated this sense of home. They invited us to eat together every day and it was the best filipino food ever!! Chatting, sharing ideas and life stories, karaoke nights...it was such a pleasant stay! Travelling from one place to the other might be tiring, at Vasquez's we could cook in their kitche, relax and be at home! Thank you 1000 times! Azzurra & Chloe

Txaleta de Camiguin desde 2024 bevindt zich in Mambajao en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de zee. Everything was exceptional! The place is organized and clean, the tent is spacious and with so many details to make you feel welcomed and taken care! The owners and all the staff are lovely, and the food was also super good. It was seriously one of the best places we stayed.

Ozar Homestay is gelegen in Mambajao, op 2 minuten lopen van Strand Agoho, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning en toegang tot een tuin met een terras. Een vriendelijke vrouw maar de communicatie via booking loopt via een andere persoon. Wat wel kan zorgen voor miscommunicatie of een lange wachttijd voor je antwoordt krijgt. De locatie was super en de kamer is mooi en groot. Echter hadden we niet volledig warm water en was deze vooral lauw. De accommodatie regelde ons vervoer om de vroege ferry te halen wat helaas mislukte. Het transport was meer dan 20/25min te laat waardoor we deze hebben gemist. Toch moesten we de volle duit betalen (800 pesos), al het dubbele van een gewone rit doordat het vroeg in de ochtend is. Tip: eigen vervoer regelen en zorg ervoor dat je het nummer hebt van de chauffeur. Deze had ik gevraagd maar niet gekregen.

Shrivasta Cottages bevindt zich in Abu en heeft een tuin, een terras en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Je kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de bergen. I've been to a lot of different properties around the world and I would have to say this is the most scenic place I've ever stayed at! The owners are super friendly and extremely motivated! I don't even know where to start with the views from the cottages! Any direction you look is breathtaking! Cottages are well maintained, clean and very big! The full kitchen has everything you need. The pool is immaculate with plenty of sun and an amazing view of white island! I would highly recommend staying at Shrivasta! I will be back! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Hidden Tourist Inn heeft een tuin, een privéstrand, een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Mambajao met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de tuin. it is really a good value for money. the area is not isolated and just around the island’s circumferential road so it is very easy to commute or move around the island. despite that, the nature vibes and homey feels are there. i had a really comfortable stay, the room was spacious and breezy. they have a resident corgi and a resident cat --- they’re cute and greet me every time. see you again soon, sir exzur! 🤍

ACACIA'S Cottages with Starlink Wifi is gelegen in Mambajao en beschikt over een tuin en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Beautiful bungalows with air conditioning in a lovely, well-maintained resort. Everything is clean, very quiet, and you can rent scooters at an affordable price. However, what truly makes this place special are the two hosts. Words can hardly do them justice, but here’s an example: my friend had a food poisoning incident, and Lita got up in the middle of the night to cook rice for her, went into town to get medication for us, and genuinely took extraordinary care of us. Such wonderful people and a beautiful place to stay!
