A good location for a hassle-free stay in Braşov, MER Guest House B&B is a guest house surrounded by views of the inner courtyard. The property features a garden, shared lounge and parking on-site among other facilities. It is located 1.5 km from The Black Tower and provides a 24-hour front desk. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. The hosts were amazing - very friendly and welcoming. The property was also amazing - we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time as we were on the overnight train from Vienna and we were able to check-in when we arrived. Our room was very clean, generously sized and the WiFi worked well. We had a lovely continental breakfast and they offered us fried eggs cooked fresh to order. We only stayed one night as we were on route to a wedding in the hills but we did enjoy our stay very much. The location is up a steep narrow hill - and although it's walkable to Basov Old Town, Ubers are so reasonable that it's easy enough to just order a cab down the hill - I wouldn't recommend walking back up the hill unless you are training for a hill climbing competition! Just a warning - some taxi drivers are not keen on driving up the hill due to the very narrow, steep part - but there is a slightly longer way around that some of them do take.

Situated in Rupea and only 1.2 km from Rupea Citadel, Numa' Bun features accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests. We chose this location close to our visiting objectives ( Viscri, Saschiz, Rupea Citadel, Sighisoara) and based on the very good reviews. We were 2 families (adults and small kids) and the location with all the facilities exceeded our expectations. From the nicely arranged clean room to the fully equipped kitchen (even cooking oil, condiments, and several pot types) and to the lovely Ciubăr (jacuzzi in the garden), everything was simply perfect and made our stay there one of the best memories for this year. We will surely come back just to enjoy this place again and we warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, wonderful place to spend their holidays either alone or with family or friends. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for such a price – the bathroom was newly renovated, everything was spotless, and the room had exactly what I needed without any unnecessary extras. I really enjoyed my stay!
