Recently renovated living/sleeping room, new furniture, new technic (refrigerator, TV), functioning water system, well speed internet.
Just over highway (500m) is large hypermarket, it is also possible to cross the road as a pedestrian, there is an official crossing with traffic lights nearby. To the old Riyadh citycentre just 30min drive by UBER or BOLT.
