Beautiful and romantic rooms - almost as taken out of an Agatha Christie novel. Flowers and sweets in the rooms as well as in the living room, kitchen and dining room, that are for guests only (max four guests). It is decorated in an old fashioned romatic way - no doubt by a feminine hand. We loved staying there. Lots of parking space. Restaurants within a 5 min drive. Perfect for a romantic stay.

Set in Töre in the Norrbotten region, Gamla Skolan i Siknäs features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s lovely guesthouse. It’s a comfortable double bed with Netflix on tv and good spacious room. Nice designed and decorated house too! We spent the evening by the fire and heated up some food, and it was a beautiful and cosy time with our host and other campers. Kitchen is fully equipped and the property is huge - you can roam around, go for a dip, go fishing and play around the fields. Great place and we’ll return again 😊🙏

My girlfriend and I had the lovely opportunity to spend a night in the north at this magical place after our trek in Abisko. It's exactly beside the river. The front door with the open glas gives so much light to the room. Evan if it was raining when we were there. Felt like a fantasy tale. Jenny & Marc are fantastic hosts. They had some chickens walking around that made it so much more alive. Definitely recommend it and will book it again when we come back again for another Trek.

I didn't speak the language and the owners were ex helpful. Then helped me get a taxi and a train. They were wonderful people.

Great location in being between old town and new town (as of 2025). While it is a bit further from old town walking distance wise it is also conveniently placed near the bus stop and very close to the new center of town. Stig is a wonderful soul, who is always on hand to help and suggest where to go and what to do. During our stay he showed such immense hospitality, taking us to a great lunch buffet place, cooking us fish he caught, and letting us use his sauna among many other things. He’s on hand to help, we had an issue with our keys one night which was fixed really quickly. I guess another important feature is that you have easy access to view the northern lights from just outside of the guesthouse!

Wonderful off-the-beaten-path accommodation in Norrbotten. Accommodation in a modern cabin with a view of the lake, excellent 4* mattress. The cottage is very well insulated and has everything you need. The only drawback is the absence of a shower, which is located in the main house. The owners are very pleasant and communicative, which gives the place a special aura. I hope to visit the place in the future, ideally in winter. I fully recommend and wish the owners only the best.
