The city had been flooded a few days before our arrival but everything was clean and prepared to accommodate us.

Lots of positive affirmations dotted around the house, in the dining room and outside. An overall 'feel good' ambience prevailed. The rooms are spacious with nice individual balconies, but connected to other guests. The breakfast was healthy with good choices. Walkable to places but need google maps to ensure you find your way! The family are very friendly and approachable. Thankyou!

Kids loved the bunnies and we loved the pool and relaxed atmosphere. Moo is such a lovely lady, great cook and excellent host. We didn't want to leave!

Alex and his family welcomed us in their lovely guesthouse. The room is comfortable and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden, great ac and wifi. The beds are hard (true south east Asia style) but it's exactly how we like it, so perfect for us, and you are given two blankets to choose how warm you want to be. Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided. Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available. Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

The rooms are large and functional, the bed is comfortable. We slept like babies! The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the terminal. Excellent communication with the manager.
