It's a family business where everyone does their part to make it as comfortable as possible: grandma prepares delicious thai breakfast (best pad kra pow I've had in 2 months in thailand), grandpa and uncle always there to greet you with a smile, wish you a nice day and force you to take a free cold water every now then when it's too hot outside, and finally Baiyok smoothly taking care of all the questions and the practical stuff, and giving all the great tips (about Lanta but also different parts of thailand) with her perfect English. It's a new business, and the rooms are very new and spacious, extremely clean with amenities provided. Also, there's a chilling lounge area and free coffee, tea and snacks. You can also rent a scooter (very efficiently) there for cheap, and it's in a perfect location with a very cozy and cheap local Thai restaurant just across the street with amazing food and good prices, Irie bar with great live music just around the corner, and a 5 minute walk to long Beach and everything you need. I'd definitely go back next time I'm in koh lanta! Thanks for the most amazing stay!!

The property was built in 2019 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The guest house features an infinity pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. The manager was really nice. Forgot his name, but an example for a lot of hotels. Manners and values were spot on!
