Most importantly: Clean, a comfortable bed and quiet. The family who runs the place is very lovely and the receptionist speaks excellent English. Location was very good too, as it is 5mins by foot from one of the nicest parts of Long Beach and there are great restaurants close by. I would have loved to stay longer.

Το Baan Purada βρίσκεται στο Κο Λαντά, σε απόσταση 400μ από Ταχυδρομείο Ko Lanta και 500μ από Παλιά Πόλη Lanta. Very friendly host and super room! We rented a motorbike directly from Ying and she even organized a selfmade authentic Thai breakfast for us. Also, she really helped with our onward journey to Langkawi and I enjoyed talking and getting to know her! We will be back :)

Resort is just near beautiful beach and close to the main road. You will get here all you need to have a good and peaceful stay in Koh Jum including bike rental and free kayaks. Owner and stuff are incredibly friendly. Bungalows are clean and cosy. One of the best thing is restaurant in the resort. No matter what you order you can be sure you'll eat deliciously in good price. Definitely worth it!

Το Baan Phuvara Retreat - Romantic Jacuzzi Mountain View Villas, το οποίο βρίσκεται στην Παραλία Άο Νανγκ και σε απόσταση 5,8 χλμ από Στάδιο Μποξ Ao Nang Krabi, παρέχει υπηρεσίες θυρωρείου, κήπο,... A perfect place if you want to rest in a quiet area. The villa itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very polite and friendly. Highly recommend! Next time in Krabi, I definitely stay here.

As you know, properties get tired over the years and it very common for owners to delay upgrades as long as possible. This place is quite new and as such, everything works, clean, and up to date. It's such a nice surprise when you run into this. In addition, I was able to rent a brand new scooter from them for 200 a day with zero hassles like passports or deposits. Talk about going the extra mile, I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately they were full for that period of time so I had to book elsewhere. Well, they drove me to the other hotel. No charge. Just very nice people.

I stayed at The Sun Long Beach Resort for 6 nights and had such a lovely experience. The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Long Beach and close to the main road where you’ll find restaurants, an ATM, and a grocery store. Super convenient without being noisy. The room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. They leave fresh water every day, which was a thoughtful touch, and you can also rent a scooter directly from the resort, which made it really easy to explore the island. It’s true that there’s a mosque nearby and you can hear the call to prayer, especially early in the morning—but I used earplugs and slept right through it every night without a problem. The real highlight was the staff—they were incredibly kind and helpful. My flight was seriously delayed and I arrived really late, after restaurants had already closed. They proactively messaged me to ask if I’d like them to prepare something in advance—and when I arrived, there was a delicious pad Thai and fresh watermelon waiting for me, which they didn’t even charge for. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and made me feel so welcome. Would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with genuinely kind people running it!

I’ve been traveling through Asia for 4 months now and this is definitely one of my favourite places! The bungalow was perfect. It was clean, quiet, spacious, soft bed, AC worked good, hot shower, and outside you have two chairs, a hammock and even a line to hang your wet clothes/towels from the beach. You are surrounded by beautiful nature, but within less than five minutes you are at the main road with good restaurants, a 7/11 and a small beach. They also provide motorbikes for 150 bath per day! And they arrange tours and transfer for the cheapest price in town. I even paid less for my boat ticket (including pick up) to Koh Lipe than I would have with 12goasia. I was also quite sick when I arrived, and when I asked which hospital they would recommend they brought me with their car to the best one in town, and even waited an hour until I was done in the hospital to bring me back to the bungalow! Every day they kept asking how I was doing and really cared about me. Also their kids are adorable (but if you don’t like kids don’t worry, they don’t come near the bungalows). Everyone was so super kind to me. It was heartwarming. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much again for everything, and if I ever come back to Koh Lanta I will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful gardens, great board walk around the bungalows. Pizza is super good. The place is very quiet if you want to escape the crowds. Great beaches nearby, kayaking.
