The room was so clean an spacious and from the balcony you have a stunning view. The staff was so helpful, they help me to arrange the tour boat and even an hiking to go to top view of Ban Rak Thai near the border with Myanmar, but I would not suggest it for old people 😅 P.S. Be ready for a hearty and delicious breakfast

The homemade breakfast was super delicious and staff was helpful with anything I might have needed. The cottage is lovely and very relaxing. I'd like to go back to this place and spend more hours in the hammock looking at the mountains

The staff is attentive…making sure needs are met and serving a sumptuous breakfast with rounds of coffee and tea refills. The property’s manager is friendly and cognizant of guests needs, providing suggestions for day trips around the region and reservations to MHS’s best restaurants. A close friend — a travel writer — recommended the Sang Tong Huts. It is the best property we have ever stayed in nearly a dozen trips to northwestern Thailand.

Our honeymoon at Kanlaya's Eyrie was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Philippe, Gayle, and their family, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the house and the breathtaking views. The Master Suite was pure luxury, offering a private jacuzzi pavilion with panoramic vistas. The ambiance of the house was simply enchanting, we enjoyed relaxing on the porch, taking in the serene surroundings. During our stay, we strolled to the river at the end of the property, followed by a fascinating Karen Tribe blessing ritual performed by Gayle's family. The candlelit dinner that evening was a culinary delight, featuring authentic Northern Thai cuisine prepared by Gayle herself. Releasing lanterns into the night sky was a truly magical experience. The next morning, we embarked on a pre-dawn adventure with Philippe and Pen, enjoying a delicious breakfast amidst the stunning mountain scenery. Philippe's deep knowledge of nature and his keen eye for detail allowed us to spot and appreciate numerous remarkable orchids. Pen's presence on the tour was invaluable, as her Thai language skills enabled seamless communication with locals and tribal people at the Koffie plantation. We then explored a remote temple, visited the Arabica Koffie plantation, and wandered through the charming village of Pang Mapha. Without Kanlaya's Eyrie and the personalized tours organized by Philippe, Gayle, and Pen, we would never have discovered this hidden gem of Thailand. This unforgettable experience has solidified our honeymoon as the most memorable part of our 3.5-week trip. We wholeheartedly give Kanlaya's Eyrie a perfect 10 out of 10. Our room was very clean – and the rooftop offered an absolutely stunning view. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, we can only highly recommend staying here and we truly wish the owners all the best for the future.

Το พุทโธรีสอร์ท, στον προορισμό Ban Mai Ngae, έχει κήπο και βεράντα. Στο พุทโธรีสอร์ท όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν μπαλκόνι. I stayed at this place for four and a half days and loved it. Nice houses, shops, and cafés are nearby, and the staff here is very friendly. I loved it!

Jan the host is incredible. I was welcomed with a hug and left feeling like I have a new little sister. I stayed in a new bungalow at the rear of the property and loved it, quiet and peaceful with a hammock facing a field of cows off the back of the building and a table out front if I wanted to be social, or I could go up to the dining area, pool or billiards room as well. Located near the airport and just far enough away from the walking street that there is peace but close enough that a walk or scooter into town is easy. There is a Monday market a few blocks away, a 7-11 up the road a short walk, Dad can do laundry for a good price and Mom cooks a great pad Thai available to order.
