Location was spot on.. small walk to Times Square.. staff were pleasant and amazing.. we got a free upgrade which was with a balcony.. rooms were super clean.. rooftop terrace was really nice.. lot of options for food nearby as well.. highly recommended

We had a fantastic experience. The team provided an exceptionally detailed and clear email with all the necessary information for a seamless stay. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth. We appreciated the well-kept common areas, like the kitchen and lounge on the second floor, and the excellent location near Times Square. The extra details like local tips on transportation were very helpful. The property is well-organized, clean, and made for a comfortable and memorable trip. Highly recommend!

I booked a transfer to and from the airport since I was staying for just one night, and the service was perfect. On my floor, next to my room, there was a small refrigerator, a table with a kettle, tea, coffee, and snacks—very convenient. The bathroom was also close to my room. Thanks!

Clean, very close to the subway and quite safe. We are incredibly pleased with the communication with the hosts as we answer all our questions and environments as needed. If I could give more stars, it would get a 10 from me.

Featuring a garden, The Waltham: AirTrain & 5min to JFK offers accommodation in Queens, the guest house is also 7 km away from Arthur Ashe Stadium. Free WiFi is available. Exactly as described, clean, stylish and a super comfortable bed. The host Ricardo provided loads of very detailed and useful information and and responded immediately to our questions. We spent one night after landing in JFK before catching a train further afield which it was perfect for, close by in a yellow taxi. The area was cute and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
