The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. The suite with pool view was comfortable and provides everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays. The pool area is a dream. Beautifully designed, with an amazing pool, a relaxing hot tub, and ample space to lounge, socialize, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Outdoor shower, sunscreen, and towels are all provided, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment in the sun. But what truly sets Augustine apart is the extraordinary hospitality. Carlos, the host, is the heart and soul of this place. He is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking in to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. His presence creates a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that encourages you to relax, connect, and feel completely at home. It’s rare to find someone who so naturally embodies the spirit of great hospitality and Carlos does it effortlessly. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a fun social vibe, or a peaceful escape, this place delivers on all fronts. This was easily one of the most enjoyable and comfortable stays we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the Augustine Guesthouse enough. It’s a true gem!

The minute we arrived we already felt as if at home - nice host, calm place and surrou dings( we even saw two peacocks crossing the steet early morning), good location - 20-25 minutes walking distance from Little Havana, 5-10 min by car to get downtown.

At the homestay, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. location is super great close to the keys. Perfect location if you intend to visit the keys or everglades park. Ideal for 1-2 stay nights. Check in is very easy. Shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms, well splited. Thanks for the hospitality - I highly recommend this place.

The homestay has a flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes with an oven, a microwave and a toaster and there is a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. The property has an outdoor dining area. Little Havana is a very lovely neighborhood, you are very close to the Downtown but at the same time you are away from the city fuss and gray buildings. This is a place with a soul, local businesses and friendly people. With this, I would like to mention that the location of the property is perfect. We didn't have a lot of in person interaction with the owners but they were available all the time for any question online, they also gave us a lovely suggestion for local food and provided us with a very smooth check in. The room was a lot bigger than expected, we were 3 people with 6 bags of 22kg(around 50lbs) and there still was a lot of space to move around. Cleanliness was also nice, without any problems. I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Miami. Thank you🙏🏻

I went to this property couple years ago, and I must say that the vast improvement of the remodel and management has grown tremendously in present day. It’s so clean and designed beautifully and I just absolutely love it.

The room had a great terrace and very comfy bed. Small fridge was a great touch. Owner was very nice and offered suggestions and kept in constant communication. The bedroom was upstairs and he lives downstairs.
