PIA Homestay is an absolute gem and was for us the perfect place to start our Cao Bang motorbike adventure. It’s a charming, family-owned place with incredibly kind and helpful hosts. Vuong, one of the owners, also speaks English. The hosts truly care about making your stay and mountain area exploration special. Their scooters and motorbikes are all in excellent condition (practically new!) which makes the riding extra enjoyable an safe. And they offer them for a fair price. They also provided us with high-quality rain and wind jackets – essential for the cooler, windier mountain area which is higher than Cao Bang city. For the area, we also received fantastic local tips and help planning the ideal Cao Bang loop, including the best routes and places to stay. Lastly, Vuong even helped arrange our transfer to the next destination, making everything smooth and stress-free for us. Highly recommend!

We arrived with a motorbike and could check in before 12pm to explore the waterfall and caves without heavy luggage, which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and they provide a mosquito net to let you sleep like a Baby. They offer a very nice& big Dinner with local food & drink (happy water) = 100K/pax. There is a big common area which makes it easy to have a chat with other travellers or the family. On the next morning they made a really nice breakfast (ricepancake with Banana, Egg, Coffee/ Tea) for 50K/pax. The shared bathrooms are spacious and clean.
