Cleanliness. Big wash room. Big and comfortable bed and space. Functional and equipped kitchen. The owner was super kind to allow me to check out late at 5 pm. and also allowed to take a shower at 9 pm. before leaving for the night bus. The best host for a traveller. They also offered towels and toiletries. Supercool......exceeded all my expectations.... the guy in the reception helped me with an umbrella to get car as it was raining....

Perfect stay in Saigon. It’s in district 1 , 30 minutes walking distance to almost all viewpoints. Or bus is very convenient as well. Room is exactly what shows on the photo. Very very clean.

We struggled to find a place in Ho Chi Ming as some places had very bad reviews and some don’t exist. We really loved this place and the neighbourhood. Easy to get around in a Grab. Quiet area. Great price big room with comfy beds. Would stay again.

Loved everything about this stay! Mie is a fantastic host, offering recommendations for food, coffee and attractions. Her hospitality was really appreciated. This stay is amazing value for money; comfortable bed, great AC and shower. Tucked away in a quiet side street but within walking distance to a lot of the city’s main attractions. Would definitely stay again and one of our favourite stays.
