Clean and comfortable and 5 minutes from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff and secure parking. Had a washing machine and a kitchen that could be used which is a nice option. Would recommend it

The room is super clean, lots of natural light, great warm shower and very helpful & accommodating host. Also close to the kite area! Also, everything is newly renovated so it is super comfortable to sleep! Would recommend to everyone. Also the kitchen is very nice!

Really lovely guest house, great location (just a few mins away by motorbike to the kitesurfing spot), good value and a wonderful and kind host. We would happily stay there again!

The space at the homestay is extremely clean and cool. The equipment in the room is very modern, most of which are automatic or touch. The service attitude of the host is very enthusiastic.

The Homestay is situated in a quiet street. The room was comfortable. We had the opportunity to use a wash machine. But What we appreciated most was the kindness and helpfullnes of the owners of the Homestay. For example the host rode me with his moterbike to the bus station for our next destination.

If one is seeking very clean, modest, welcoming home-like accommodation in a well situated and comfortable home stay, one cannot do better than this. If one wants “resort-like” puling mendicants to serve your every need in return for slave wages, this is not for you. This is like going home after a tiring trip. Discover this part of the south coast without the crowds and get swimming from the beach 1 block away at 5:00 am with the locals and the sunrise. Buy fish and other seafood fresh caught. The hostess and staff are very accommodating and helpful with some English spoken. No problems with Google Translate ! Could not be better for this cost conscious 70 something Canadian male solo Travelling.

يقع مكان إقامة "Nai's house - Homestay" في Thanh Hải حيث يبعد مسافة 100 م عن شاطئ نين تشو (Ninh Chu Beach) و1.8 كم عن شاطئ بين سون (Binh Son Beach)، كما يوفر إقامة مع واي فاي مجاني، وجهاز تكييف،... This was my favourite accomodation across my entire Vietnam trip. The owner was an absolute legend. You couldn’t have come across a more trusting, generous and friendly person if you tried. Nai’s property is an outlier for all the right reasons, it even has a piano!
