The Maya Hostel is a really nice place to spend time in the lovely city of Berat. From the garden you have an amazing view on the mountains and on the Church of St. Michael. The facilities are comfortable and clean. Furthermore the exceptional staff went above and beyond helping me with any kind of inquiry. I had a great time there and I can highly recommend anyone to choose this place for accommodation in Berat.

5 stars warmly hostel! The hostel is brand-new with everything so clean and nice. Host Ervis is super nice and offer all the help you need and you can easily reach him by WhatsApp ( his contact from booking.com). Service: I am coming on a national holiday in Albania and also with a rainy season, Ervis and his family warmed me up and welcome me to their gathering. I had a great time with them and also feel how friendly Albanian are. Facilities : first time for me to see a private fridge in a dorm and this is luxurious. Theres also some hanging rack , hair dryer and rainforest shower in the en-suites big bathroom, which is so bridge and clean. There are also many space for you to put luggage in the room. Location: just 100m next to the bus terminal which is very accessible to reach the transport to / from other city. You can also ask our host to book the bus for you :) Theres also a city bus going to / from city centre of Berat city every 15 mins

Leon Hostel was one the best in Berat, very clean, secure, I got the service on time (the taxi 🚕service was the best, you can ask the manager for more info), the location was around 10 to 15 min from the city center, but I liked it because i saw the old bridge amazing at night. I would totally recommend it to my friends and others 🥰

Very friendly and responsive staff. Had a nice experience staying in one of these houses. Cold aircon, would turn off periodically but you just easily turn it back on. Cute terrace overlooking the bridge. Had lots of clothes hangers in the wardrobe. You must take your shoes off before entering the house which I liked. Bathrooms are shared. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. No towels provided. Breakfast provided at 200 lek extra per person if wanted. Can wander through the stone streets. We enjoyed restaurant Amalia which is a few streets below the accom.

This is possibly the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The finishes and attention to detail are amazing. With only four beds I had the place to myself for most of my stay.

The hostel is very modern and clean. Couldn’t believe the quality of the facilities and comfort of beds. Great view from the room, aircon and cute rooftop balcony. Staff were lovely and there were options to do a wine tour or a canyon tour. Great location, just have to cross the bridge to the main town and the walk up to the castle. The common area is so cute and the breakfast is delicious.

This was by far the best hostel I've stayed at. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so silky & soft. The breakfast was amazing and the hostel was super clean. Rafet was super kind and picked me up from the bus station because I got off 3 stops too early. The other staffs were so friendly & helpful. I met the coolest backpackers at this hostel. Highly recommended Hanna’s hostel. It's a 5 mins walk from the city bus stop and walking distance from everything.
