Before coming to Rio, I was a bit worried about safety, but this hostel completely put my mind at ease. It has its own secure entrance, which made me feel very safe. The metro station is just a few minutes’ walk, making transportation super convenient. There are several supermarkets nearby, which is very handy, and the beach is only about a 20-minute walk away—perfect for a stroll or relaxing. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose this hostel again next time I visit Rio!

From the moment i arrived at the hostel I felt really at home with super friendly staff and special thank to Victor who made my holiday and helped me a lot to buy tickets so i could go to the sambodromo I will definitely visit again

One of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed! The place is incredible and clean, the staff is so kind and makes you feel like home, and even better than that. The swimming pool and the private mountain with the amazing view on Rio are the cherries on the top. I highly recommend it!

Maria is incredibly sweet and welcoming. She has managed hostels before, and it really shows. She’s clearly used her experience to create a space that genuinely meets travellers’ needs. The hostel is brand new and spotless, and the beds are some of the best I’ve seen in a hostel. They’re very private, with curtains, personal light, charging point, and even a personal fan. A big plus: no ladders - the top bunks have proper steps, which makes a huge difference. Bathrooms are spacious and private too. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with brand new pans and everything you need to cook properly. The location is excellent: safe and just two blocks from the beach, with lots of good, cheap food nearby. Right next door on one side there’s a great place for fresh juices and tapioca pancakes, and on the other side a cheap and tasty dinner spot. A really comfortable, well-thought-out hostel. I’d happily stay again.

The location is perfect and in a safe area, so it‘s a good place to explore Rio. The hostel has a bar, where you can hang out, meet new people and have some drinks, between 20:00 - 20:30 there‘s free caipirinhas all you can drink, in combination with party vibes, so it‘s good pre-gaming. Staff is super helpful, Tai is an angel, you can always ask for recommendations. Also, everyday they organize events that one can join.

Great location in Botafogo, close to metro line and felt safe as a solo traveler. Cute breakfast with fresh cakes every day, nice outdoor area. The 2 cats of the hostel are very nice and social! The WiFi worked very well. The kitchen is great, clean and very organised, it was probably my favourite part!

Beautiful hostel, very clean. Terrasse on rooftop. Very social vibes. Well organised. In a safe area of rio and next to copacabana. One of the best hostels I have stayed in! I had an emergency situation that made me change my booking and the owner Thibeau was very comprehensive and helped me a lot to sort everything out. Thank you so much! I wish I could have stayed longer

Great location, 10-15 min walk from Copacabana beach and near to cafes, supermarket and shops. Hostel is on a quiet street and felt safe to walk around area.

It is important to put the whole review in the context of the New Year's party. The whole copacabana is exorbitantly expensive, so the prices for the two-bed rooms here were at a level where you can sometimes go to a 5* hotel in europe. Accordingly, it was disappointing to sleep on plasticised beds and plasticised pillows. All in all, however, it is a very nice hostel, in a great location, safe and with lots of activities.
