I have hardly ever seen a place that clean, both the shared kitchen and own room. Excellent breakfast with many options. They prepare fresh pancakes and scrambled eggs for you. Fresh freut salad every morning. Buffett with cheese, ham, Nutella, different Joghurts, tomatoes, marmelade, dulce. Incredibly friendly staff, helped and arranged tour bookings for us. Super common area with 2 hammocks to relax during the afternoons. Perfect spot to connect with other travellers. We extended our stay twice, but unfortunately then had to move out as it was fully booked.

Hostal Casa Turipite offers nice and quiet rooms which all are situated around a courtyard where you have your own table and chairs to sit outside. The hostal is situated in a quiet area at walking distance of the busy San Pedro de Atacama. The owners Pamela and Guillermo are very nice people who are willing to help you with everything. Maite, the girl who is working there, is very helpfull and prepares a good breakfast.

Great location, delicious breakfast and extremely friendly staff! The dorms as well as the shared bathrooms were really clean. They even prepared a snack if you couldn‘t be there for breakfast.

Rodrigo was an excellent host; he was so helpful and contacted us beforehand and helped arrange airport transfers & excursions which were excellent! We stayed in a private room which was comfortable & clean- bed was great. Breakfast was also great and the hostel is very clean. <10min walk to the main street, so it's quiet which we liked. I have no negatives - I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely place to stay.Location was perfect-a short walk to the main plaza...There were several cafés and restaurants nearby...The room was clean and comfortable and there was always hot water in the bathroom...The owner,Maria Florencia,is a lovely person-helpful,friendly and welcoming...She really makes the guests feel welcome and will go out of her way to help..She organised a taxi for me to take me to the bus station and gave me a lot of information about bus times...I am happy to recommend this place....Worth returning to...10 out of 10.

Nice place to stay on budget. Breakfast was simple but home prepared. They would do everything to accomodate travel schedule. Pleasant persons always available.

The staff were 10/10! They are so friendly, checked us in early and were very attentive. We had an early start the next morning so they packed us a snack bag as we’d be missing breakfast, that is such a nice detail. The room and beds were so comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed the patio outside and swimming pool which is well shaded from the desert sun.
