The room I was in was very quiet and the "pods" are very nice to give a little more privacy. There is a decent size locker (but they don't provide padlocks) Serves food and drinks, and the food was great! They can arrange pick up and drop off from/to the airport. They arrange some activities, although the planning doesn't seem to be up to date (?), maybe because it's not high season. All the staff is really lovely, and speak english

Bunk beds are double beds with lots of space, curtains and an overhead locker inside, a perfect configuration which they call "camarote". Showers have shampoo and soap available which is great for backpackers. A nice social area with integrated kitchen makes it easier to socialize with other travellers, though with Bogota climate I guess a good part of it is often under the rain and cold! Good location close to many bars.
