Alison and her sister were amazing hosts!! They went above and beyond to help you find and book tours, navigate the local buses and give recommendations for what to do in the local area. They cleaned the hostel multiple times a day to ensure the guests comfort- they work so hard!! Super friendly and even made me vegan empanadas to try 🥰 if you’re staying in Quepos, then this is the place to stay!!

Amazing stay! Location is great - on the road five minutes by bus from Quepos and 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio. The bus costa 385 CRC (at the time 0.7 USD) and ir passes every 15 minutes. Wifi was good enough to do video meetings. Big lockers in the room, amazing common areas, pool, hammocks, kitchen. The hostel is really part of the nature, monkeys even stopping by. Three options for breakfast, tasty! Great value for money! They recommended visiting Tortugas de isla Damas fan y turtle release into the ocean) and it was an amazing activity! Staff answered a million questions I had - very helpful! Laundry service available at 4 USD per kilogram and 24-hour notice.

I had one of the two top floor balcony apartments, and really worth the extra cost. It was fabulous under the canopy and a great place to take in the sights whilst having breakfast, facing the sunrise and by mid morning it’s in the shade with a cooling breeze. I spent a lot of time chilling and reading my book with a cold beer, wonderful 😁👍 Jorge is great and welcoming host and full of great ideas and advice.
