I appreciated a lot the availability and the kindness of the staff: when I arrived, they gave me a list of the best restaurants nearby the hotel and their type of cuisine. On the day of departure I found a Christmas chocolate outside my door. In my opinion, these details are indicative about the goodness of the structure!

Everything was perfect. Check-in was a breeze. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was as well. It was a quick tram ride from the city centre and the neighborhood around Hostel Louise (Neustadt) was very cool as well.

Best hostel I've stayed in and I've been in quite a few! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very affordable and adequate place. As they advertise, it's no frills but what they do they do well. It's clean, all amenities are in and out offers everything that's needed for the duration of the stay. Also, when I had issues with first entry to the room the owner/caretaker was very friendly and helpful.
