- the place itself (garden, pool area) was clean
- enough space to hang out and relax in the garden
- easy and safe access through electric gate
- PayPal payment possible and owner herself easy and fast in communication
- warm water all the time, shower with lots of space
- kitchen was good equipped and free drinking water
-location a bit out of the city but in quiet friendly neighborhood (still loud as right next to a highway)
