I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The place was spotless, with everything kept very clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable right away. The service was friendly and welcoming from the entire team, and I especially want to thank Marwa at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with any request or question I had. Marwa’s kindness and dedication to making sure guests have a great experience truly made my stay memorable. I really liked this hostel. I stayed for 5 days longer than I planned. The most responsive and helpful staff ever. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately checked in even before check-in time. A friendly young lady from reception showed me everything in the hostel. A guy from reception answered all my questions and gave me useful information: how to buy a SIM card, where to go for juice, where to eat seafood, helped me to make an appointment with a dentist, etc. In the end, these tips helped me a lot. Special thanks to the guy at the reception - Shado. He sincerely helped with all issues and helped in difficult situations.
