The hostel was extremely clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, including handling the chaos of the April 28 blackout with patience, grace and good humor, making sure everyone was as up-to-date as possible under difficult circumstances. The work area was excellent, and the WiFi was fast and stable.

We arrived at Hostal Artistic B&B around 8 a.m., and Roberto was ready to welcome us. We were not expecting any reception, but he gentlemanly welcomed us, helped us carry our luggage, and offered us a bottle of water. He was extremely gentle and always ensured we were fine and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the AC. It started to leak water, but the staff quickly solved it. We went out, and when we came back, everything was in place. They were all very helpful. The Hostal is very well located, near everything. The beds were comfortable, and even though the pillows could be more comfortable, it was not an issue at all. Everything was super clean and felt new. We loved the stay. We will definitely come back.

The staff was a highlight for me—very kind and helpful, especially Ken and Adri! I loved that they promote a WhatsApp group at the hotel so guests can interact and plan outings together. They also offer a free dinner every night; you just need to leave your name and mention any dietary restrictions. The neighborhood is delightful—very peaceful yet with plenty of things to do nearby. It’s very well-located, safe, and quiet for sleeping. The beds are very comfortable, and everything in the hostel is SUPER clean. I would definitely stay here again!

le personnel est hyper sympa, i mean they’re super nice they suggested to me a lot of places to visit depending on what i like, i went by myself. I made a lot of friends , we’re still in touch, it’s very safe, you’re literally in the center you’ll find everything you need everything you want from shops to restaurants, everything there’s so much diversity, you’ll never get enough, last but not least each morning we had free coffee tasty churros ceoissant muffins i mean broo breakfast for free and also every evening we can make dinner together it can be tortilla or other tapas, it’s so much fun
