Location excellent, staff incredibly friendly, and with excellent views looking out onto Mont Blanc. Great when you consider the value for money vs. what you get. They're also really good at providing advice on how to get places and what to do in the area.

Located in Chamonix-Mont Blanc, Chamonix Lodge features wood-paneled walls and exposed beams. It offers free ski / luggage storage, free Wi-Fi and a garden with terrace. The rooms have mountain views....

The check-in process was very easy. We booked a mixed dorm but ended up having our own private room with an en-suite. Plenty of cooking facilities, free breakfast options and social areas along with a free sauna!

Highly recommend this hostel, the owners are absolutely lovely, extremely clean bathrooms, rooms, kitchen and common areas, good facilities and stunning view of the Mont Blanc massif. Location is slightly far from the city centre (15 min walk) but there is also a bus stop beside the hostel. The owners also give you a travel card which you can use for any bus or train in the Chamonix valley, which is super helpful when you travel from one area to another via train.
