The staff was really polite and sweet and talked with smile. The check in process was really easy. Talking about the room- it is as comfortable as it gets. There's a washbasin in the room too thats a plus point. Although there are no lockers in the room (thats the only negative point) but the room space is huge. Talking about the bunk beds, they were comfy and clean. Good value for money

It was great staying at the heart of the valley at Chamonix with an excellent location to base on exploring the mountains around. The mountain hut was very well maintained with cozy vibes and super friendly stuffs and great tourists! Would love to be back again!

This must be the most comfortable place to stay in Chamonix. I’ll be forever grateful that there was a place to store my baggage while I went for the Tour du Mont Blanc.
