It was wonderful. Never expected a hostel in this quality in every aspect. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towel, tidy rooms, clean toilets. Clean and tidy and orderly kitchen that accomodates all sorts of cooking and quite enough tables to have your meal. Apart from kitchen, there is another common area which was brilliant. Basement was redesigned to accomodate your leisure activities from music to reading even handcrafting... Books everywhere... shelves and shelves of books... Great staff, very helpful. I can go on an on like this. I was very happy about my choice staying here.

A lovely big surprise awaits. up the hill. It’s more like a manor and it feels like that inside. Definitely a quality accommodation. The self-serve kitchen is very well equipped.

AMAZING! Wasn’t expecting a lot for what we paid and being a hostel etc, but this exceeded all our expectations. Staff were great, even some cereal with coffee and tea included in the mornings. Our private room was large and very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and close by. Ultimately just the perfect stay for us.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, reception was open 24/7 which was perfect for us. Room was very cute and simply had everything we could need. Very near bus stops that go to and from Bristol Airport regularly. In the perfect location for us, plenty of activities and bars very nearby.

Great location right in the city centre. Super friendly staff and guests. I stayed in a private twin room, with a sink, wardrobe and drawers. The bed was basic but comfy, and the room was toasty warm. I felt safe as a single woman (it was my first time staying in a hostel so I hadn't been sure what to expect).
