AustraliaI had a really lovely time here. The location is great, staff are very friendly and make sure you know about all the facilities on check in, and I found the other guests to be friendly and sociable. They have an indicator on each shower door to say it is dirty after you shower so that the staff can clean in between each guest. I've never seen this anywhere before and I appreciated how pro-active they are with cleaning

Surprisingly clean, good room temperature (whereas in all the other hostels I was boiling during the night), friendly staff that try their best to accommodate requests, lively common areas, safe, and provision of free earplugs and towel is just amazing.
