Beautiful surroundings and amazing view from our room. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. All in all it was wonderful staying at Big K.

Al Mare feels like a little oasis from the moment you arrive. The deck is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, or just relaxing. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was comfy and well equipped, with a quiet, effective AC. The shared deck has plenty of spots to either meet people or chill in private. Everything was clean, cozy and the bed was seriously comfortable.

It was a large and clean double room, with a good quality - price. The hostel is well located close to the port, restaurants and bars. In addition, Jojo and his wife were also very friendly and recommended us an nice scuba diving tour, laundry, and to rent an scooter....

The host Ferry was amazing. Great location and easy booking for trips. Breakfast was delicious and so many places to eat nearby. There is also an outdoor chill out area that meant you could relax on bean bags.

the place was amazing! very clean and in the center of the village so location was great. Chris helped us with getting around the island and organized the most beautiful snorkeling trip for us! would 10000% recommend it!

Had a great stay here! From the very beginning, we hung out with the guys working there, and they showed us the best places on the island. They’re really friendly. The pizzas in the restaurant are also very nice. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun time.

Very nice and well managed place, located in Karimunjawa harbour. I stayed in both the dorm and a private room, and they were both very clean and confortable. Free tea and coffee are provided. WiFi works well and there is a rooftop area to sit and work. The staff is very friendly and always present. They help with scooter rental and tour booking for very reasonible price. Laundry came back to me perfectly clean and folded. Breakfast is simple but is a nice addition in respect to the price.

I had an incredible time at Kalinda Homestay – truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in all of Indonesia. The host, Naomi, is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming – always with a big smile. She made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was delicious and they were very attentive to my personal preferences, which I really appreciated. There’s a water dispenser with both hot and cold water available at all times, which was super convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly – very effective and much needed. The whole place has a lovely, super clean, heartfelt atmosphere, and it’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable. The bakery that’s part of the homestay is also fantastic – definitely a highlight! I’m already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend Kalender Homestay to anyone visiting Karimun. You won’t regret it!
