I like the central location at park street. The staff is always reachable and supportive. There is enough place for your luggage and you can lock it. I enjoyed my stay.

Location is very easy and posh. The interiors are very well kept and the staff is very helpful. There is an extra set of slippers available in the shoe rack. The toilet is also super clean and there is a hair dryer available as well.

Offbeat is the place to be in Kolkata! During my trip to this vibrant city, I’ve had the opportunity to spend a few days here: attended a workshop, stayed in a private room with a great view and spent a good amount of time on the rooftop where I enjoyed great food in a great setting. But there’s lots more — cafe, gym, workspaces, restaurant… everything tastefully decorated, and of course lovely staff. Innovative concept I highly recommend and I’d definitely go back to!

The hostel is very nice,the owner is also a gentleman and there are 2 managers here,one is Subhajit and the other is Sandeep. There is no comparison between the two,Subhajit is very helpful as an owner but the second manager Sandeep is a thief.I am writing this review while staying in this hostel.The owner here is a helpful person in every situation,But the second manager Sandeep is always drunk at night and is drunk,he thinks himself to be the owner of this property and often misbehaves after drinking at night,I always ignored him because I do not have to stay here all the time.One day,this drunk guy said something he shouldn't have.This manager, Sandeep,is a thief himself,so the other guests would be better off staying away from him. 12th November at 12 o'clock at night Sandeep who is the manager was sitting with us, he went downstairs after him and on 14th November he had to go out for at least 2 days, some of my clothes were drying on the hanger,he looked up and down and quickly picked up my Reebok jacket and wore it without asking and took it with him.I did not expect this from this guy,the owner here is very polite and a very nice person but when he is not here he considers himself no less than the king of a kingdom.I hope that strict action is taken against him.People provide jobs to such people so that they can live a good life, but after some time these people do not even think about their dignity. Unfortunately i can't upload video in my review. Just be careful from Mr. Sandeepan.

Best place if you are looking for a starting point from which to explore Kolkata. Even though its further away from the center, the great host makes up for it.

The owner is a great guy. I needed a local contact to receive an sms from Vodafone so I could buy a local SIM card and he was happy to help and didn’t mind the hassle. I stayed here 5-6 years ago and had such good memories that on my return trip to Kolkata I didn’t even consider staying anywhere else. It’s not the Ritz but the staff and the owner are awesome, the location is great and I simply love the vibe. You may or may not but for me this place is one of my favorite budget spots in the whole world… highly recommended!
