I had an excellent stay at Sanchari Hostel. Raj, the host, is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, and over time he truly became a good friend of mine. The hostel has a great vibe, and the hospitality makes it feel like home. Everything was amazing. The hosts were super welcoming and hospitable. You can rent vehicles directly from the hostel, there are several plug points in the hostel, there is a functioning kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals, the rooms are clean,etc. I personally found the hostel safe as a solo traveller.

Absolutely Delightful Experience staying at OSTEL! The vibe is unmatched! The staff is friendly and helpful. Dinesh, JP, Anil make you feel at home with their hospitality and warmth. The inhouse cafe has good food. Need a cafe on the rooftop as well ! The place was exceptionally clean, given the fact it's right next to the beach and covered with trees on all sides and is a backpackers hostel. Just request the owners of the property to privatize the beach patch right in front. That would make the property a 20/10.

It's completely a unique experience in Unpack. One of the best hostel I have been ever. From the check in to checkout everything was amazing in details. Host Kavya and Prateek are amazing people. The property really has a vibe.

Before being in this hostel, I was in another 2,5 km from the center but this one was really well situated, in the main active center of Pondichéry (that's not what said google when I followed the 'distance to center', if only I knew it before 😥). The dormitory was quite large with a balcony, a kitchen to share, all really clean. It's like a house with huge spaces recently renovated, really really nice ! And the welcome is warm. It was a really good surprise for this price !

Micasa hostels - my first solo trip hostel and boy am I glad i picked this place. Very safe and well connected, it's walkable distance from all cute cafes of pondi. Hosts Sam and Sandeep very friendly , they helped me with everything - bike rents, places to visit etc. Hostel is very well maintained, clean. Washrooms are constantly being cleaned by their staff. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others and especially solo traveling females.

Loved the stay as it was the first time for me to stay in a hostel. Loved the people and played games with random people... Loved the place. Should definitely choose this to stay if you are very open to meet new people and explore new options while traveling
