The staff were highly professional and answered adequately to all our questions. The room was spacious, had a 6 m high ceiling. There was a great fitness center at our disposal. And the best of all was the laundry room (free of charge) and the super helpful personnel that not only washed and dried, but even folded our clothes! It definitely exceeded our expectation. There is a bus stop very close! + a super nice small cafe for early birds

The rooms are lovely and very comfortable (the view from the balcony is georgeous). The staff is very nice. Breakfast has kind of limited options, but specially the pastries are delicious. It has a laundry room that charges 4.50 € per load.

Youthful and modern hostel! An amazing place to stay for a couple of nights and meet new people. Everything was really good (especially bed, super comfortable), the working staff was friendly and nice! Definitely can recommend this place!

The location of the property is very central. The lady working there is very kind. The facility provides everything you might need, including pasta, sauces, an espresso machine, tea, coffee, cookies, a fridge, an iron, etc. The rooms are clean, and towels are free of charge. There are a sufficient number of toilets and showers. Everything was perfect for me. Plus, the price was very affordable—I’ve had terrible experiences in hostels where I paid much more. I wish all of them were like this one. Thank you very much for everything!

First time in hostel, after breakup traveling solo.. I found perfect one for my first solo travel. Room is spacious enough, everybody got their own locker. Hostel provided towels, soap, shower gel. Bed sheets are clean. Each bunk bed has its own light and charger.. Didnt use plenty of other facilities , and there are plenty, because I was out all day discoverjng Florence. I was placed in another building , not main one, and it was quiet. Had no trouble sleeping, bed and pillow was comfortable. I was in mixed dormutory and there was no problem using bathroom. I would reccomend. I guess each experience is different, but mine was positive.
